Hanoi is aiming to attract 24 million visitors in 2023, with four million of them being international tourists. With two months remaining in the year, the number of foreign arrivals has already reached 3.6 million. According to the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the total number of tourists visiting Hanoi in the first 10 months of 2023 has reached 20.7 million, a 34.3% increase compared to the same period in 2022.
