Vietnam Strengthens Maritime Oversight: A Comprehensive Approach to Combat IUU Fishing

Nguyen Thanh Hien, a fisherman from Ninh Thuan province, highlighted the consequences of failing to maintain a functional VMS, which can result in significant fines and restrictions on docking at ports.
