The esteemed three-time Laurence Olivier award winner, Philip Quast, enforces a strict no-cellphone policy in his classes, and this rule applies to all participants, regardless of their nationality. Quast is a prominent figure in the ‘Culture in You’ art training program, which is currently underway in Hanoi and will conclude on November 11. The program is a collaborative effort between The Youniverse Education Training and Entertainment Company, the Interstellar Musical Society, and the Center for Journalism Culture, affiliated with the Vietnam Journalists Association.
